1 (9 inch) pastry shell
2 1/2 C milk
1/2 C sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 C coconut, shredded
sweetened whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, combine milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla, salt & nutmeg. Beat well to blend. Sprinkle coconut into pie shell. Pour egg mixture over coconut.
Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool and serve with whipped cream.
