1 lb. carrots (diagonally sliced into 1 - 2 inch pieces)
1 tbsp. olive oil
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp. dried basil
1 tsp. lemon juice
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Steam carrots until tender. Drain and pat dry. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the remaining ingredients. Sautee until warmed through and fragrant.

This dish can be served warm, at room temperature, or even slightly chilled.
