1 bread of your choice (I prefer ciabatta)
1 c. olive oil
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan or Pecorino-Romano cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the bread in the oven. Mix all ingredients (except cheese) in a low decorative bowl. Top with cheese.

Serve the bread to dip into the flavored oil.
