Sliced Hamburger dill pickles
Self-rising white corn meal
Oil of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Drain jar of pickles, lay pickles out on a paper towel to absorb some of the pickles moisture. Add pickles to self-rising cornmeal. Coat well, then shake off excess cornmeal. Drop battered pickles into hot oil for deep frying. When golden brown, removed from oil, draining off excess oil. Drain on a paper towel. Serve immediately.
