2 lbs ground pork
2 eggs
1 chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste
¼ cup Parmesan
½+ cup Bread crumbs
¼ +/- water
3 boiled eggs
1 cup pepperoni slices

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients. Flatten meat mixture on waxed paper. Lay 3 boiled, peeled eggs in a row down the middle. Lay pepperoni slices on sides of meat and mozzerella cheese slices. Roll meat like a jelly roll and shape into a horseshoe. Place on cookie sheet and make 45 minutes at 340 degrees.
