1 package frozen spinach
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup green onions (sliced)
1/2 cup parsley
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. season salt
1 can water chestnuts (sliced)

Directions:

Thaw spinach and squeeze out excess water. Mix all ingredients and chill. Serve with crackers of your choice or fresh cut vegetables.

Claire shared this recipe with me years ago. We served it at most of our catering events with fresh vegetables and assorted toasted bagel slices. It was a favorite and requested over and over again!
