2 Cups S.R Flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp icing sugar, pinch Salt, 1 heaped tbsp butter, 1 cup cold skim milk or 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup cold water.

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder, icing sugar and salt into bowl. Rub butter through until mix resembles bread crumbs. Pour in milk, cut with knife until mixed through. Turn out onto floured board and cut to shape. Place onto greased and floured tin, Bake in very hot oven 500F or 250C for approx 10-12minutes. Take out of oven and wrap in clean teatowel until cool.
