4 tsp. dried, minced, onion
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. dried, minced, garlic
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
6 bone-in pork loin chops
1/4 c. bbq sauce
2 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the first eight ingredients; rub over pork chops. Place pork chops in a large resealable plastic bag in a bowl. Combine bbq sauce and lemon juice. Pour over pork chops. Gently rub bag to distribute sauce. Refrigerate 1-2 hours. Broil pork chops 6-8 min. on each side.
