Fresh medium sized asparagus
Vegetable cream cheese
Jar Dried Beef - enough for each piece of asparagus ( found in vienna sausage section)

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and snap off bottom ends of asparagus
Blanch asparagus; immediately place in ice water bath
Let asparagus dry on paper towel or cookie sheet
Spread thin layer of cream cheese on each slice of dried beef then wrap around each piece of asparagus
