1 c. brown sugar (packed)
1 cube butter
4 c. Captian Crunch cereal
1/2 gall. ice-cream
Directions:
Directions:
Heat sugar and butter till gooey. Then pour over 4 cups of Captain Crunch in a large bowl (save a few for on top). Mix well. Put in bottom of 9X13 pan. Press down. Put ice-cream over top. I put the ice-cream in my mixer, beat it and then pour over Captain crunch (soften Ice cream a little first). It will take at least a half gallon of ice-cream.
Sprinkle a few Captain Crunch on top and put in freezer over night.

This is one of Sam, Max and Jack's very favorite desserts! Our Grandma Likkel makes it for Sundays after church. It's REALLY good!
