1 lb.hamburger
1 small onion
3 potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can corn
Directions:
Directions:
Peel, cook and dice potatoes
Fry hamburger and onion

Add potatoes, corn and soup to hamburger
Simmer for 20 min.

'Goobie Ganie' is a dish that my Papa and Beppe (gram & gramp) made up when my mom was a kid. It has a silly name, which they also obviously made up, but it's really easy to make and VERY yummy to eat!!.
