1/4 c plain dried bread crumbs
1/2 c chopped flat-leaf parsley
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 T whole milk
3/4 c grated Roman cheese
3/4 t salt
3/4 t freshly ground black pepper
1 lb. ground turkey, preferably dark meat



5 c marinara sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, stir together bread crumbs, parsley, eggs, milk, and 1/2 c cheese, salt and pepper. Add the turkey and gently stir to combine, being careful not to overwork the meat. shape the meat into meatballs.

Place meatballs in greased 13x9 pan and bake at 350 for 30min.

Add meatballs to marinara sauce and serve over cooked noodles.
