1 c. canned black-eyed peas, drained
1/2 c. radishes, diced
1/2 c. cucumbers, seeded and diced
2 T. flat leaf parsley, minced

For Dressing:
1/4 c. nonfat buttermilk
2 T. mayonnaise
2 T. vinegar
1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk all dressing ingredients together. Add peas, radishes, cucumbers and parsley. Mix together and chill.
