1 cup rice (cooked), 1 lb smoked sausage cut in 1/2 inch pieces, 1 med. onion - chopped, 1/2 cup celery - thinly sliced, 1/2 cup bell pepper -chopped, 1 can diced tomatoes, 4 drops hot sauce & 1/4 tsp pepper.

Coat skillet with "Pam" spray & heat, add sausage, onions, peppers & celery. Saute until tender. Add tomatoes & seasonings. Stir in rice & heat through.
