6 medium onions, cut in 1/4-1/2 " rings
1 c. plus 2 T. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. milk
2 T. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the onions, let dry alittle. Mix the flour, salt, egg, milk and oil in a small bowl. Heat deep fryer to 375º F. Dip onions in batter, place in fryer, cook until brown. Remove, place on paper towels, salt.
