1 stick margarine - softened
1 c flour
1 c walnuts - chopped and divided
8 oz cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
1 tub cool whip - divided
2 small boxes instant lemon pudding
3 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, margarine and 1/2 cup walnuts. Press into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350º for 15 - 20 minutes. Set aside to cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup cool whip; spread out over the crust. Mix lemon pudding mix with 3 cups of milk; then pour over the cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining cool whip and sprinkle with 1/2 cup walnuts. Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
