1/4 c sugar* optional
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c corn meal
1 egg
1/2 c milk
1/4 c oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients, then stir in the egg, oil and milk. Bake 20 - 25 minutes at 425º.
