4-6 boneless skinless chicken breast ( I have also used pork chops)
1/2 - 1 stick melted butter
seasoning- I use Mrs Dash Table Blend
coating is between 40 and 50 saltine crackers crushed very fine.

Rinse chicken or pork chops thoroughly, lay them on a paper towel to absorb excess water. Depending on how thick the meat is you might want to cut them in half down the middle , this will cut down on baking time.
coat meat with melted butter, then coat meat with crushed crackers, someone i know also used crushed potato chips, depending on how much salt you want on your meat. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil, this will make washing the pan easier. lay the coated meat on your pan and sprinkle with your seasoning. Bake in a pre heated oven at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. take out of oven and let set for 10 minutes this makes it easier to get them off the pan and your coating stays on better. This receipe is especially good to make in the winter cause you are heating your house with the oven as well as getting a easy meal. I usually serve it with mashed potatoes and a vegetable.
