1 1/2 - 2 lbs Ground Chuck
1 medium diced onion
1 T. Garlic Salt
2 15 oz. cans Tomato Sauce
1 sm can Tomato Paste
1 lg can water
2 T Italian Seasoning
1/4 C. Sugar
1 T Salt

Directions:
Brown Ground Chuck, onion and garlic salt. Drain. Add all other ingredients and cook slowly until thick. About an hour to and hour and a half.
