1 16 oz. package cole slaw mix
2 bunches green onions, chopped
2 pkgs. Ramen Noodles, oriental flavor, uncooked and crumbled
8 oz. sliced or slivered almonds, toasted in a 350 degree oven for 3-5 minutes
8 oz. package shelled and salted sunflower seeds
2 cans Mandarin oranges, drained

1/3 cup sugar (or Splenda)
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
3/4 cup canola oil
packets of Ramen noodle flavoring

Mix up salad ingredients and dressing ingredients. Toss together and serve. If you plan to make this ahead of time, keep the Ramen noodles and nuts separate until just before serving. Then toss in with the cole slaw mixture and dressing.
