1 large pie shell
3 c. rhubarb
1 packed cup of brown sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
pinch of salt
1/8 cup cream or carnation milk
Cinnamon to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour into a raw pie shell.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Bake at 450ºF until brown.
Turn the oven down to 350ºF and bake for another 45 minutes.
