Pastry for 2 crust 9 inch pie or purchase tarts made-up
1 egg
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. soft butter
1/3 c. corn syrup
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
2/3 c. raisins or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Line tart pan with pie crust or purchase tart shells.
Beat egg, sugar and butter together.
Stir in corn syrup, vinegar, vanilla, salt and raisins (or pecans).
Spoon mixture into pastry lined tart tins.
Bake at 350ºF for 20 - 30 minutes.
