1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp curry powder
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/3 tsp crushed red pepper
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
1-1/2 pounds of cubed pork tenderloin or can cut into strips and then thread on a bamboo skewer

In a large bowl, blend soy sauce with peanut butter. Stir in brown sugar, curry powder, lemon juice, red pepper and garlic. Put pork onto skewers. Reserve some marinade for dipping. Add a little more water and peanut butter if needed. Paint on marinade with a brush. Marinate for 1/2 hour. Place on grill and cook for 15-20 minutes or until well done.
