1 lb. lean ground beef
2 eggs
1 small onion, chopped
1 small bell pepper, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 stalk celery, diced
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 small can tomato sauce
1 tsp. worcestershire
1/2 c. milk
1/2 sleeve saltine crackers, crushed
catsup, if desired

In a mixing bowl, mix ground beef, mustard, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and diced vegetables. Next, add eggs and blend. Add milk and tomato sauce. Stir in cracker crumbs. Put in baking dish and shape into a loaf. Top with catsup, if desired.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
