6 tablets Sweet Mexican chocolate
1/2 cup cocoa powder, best quality
3 tsp. pure vanilla extract
3 tsp. ground cinnamon, not heaping
1 tsp. ground cloves, scant
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions:

1. Put Mexican chocolate, broken into wedges, into food processor and process until finely ground.
2. Add remaining ingredients and store until well blended.
3. Store in air-tight container.
4. Heat 1 cup milk; stir in 2 tbsp. mix and whisk until frothy.

Tablets are six wedges of chocolate. Abuelila is a Mexican chocolate. Ibarra is another Mexican chocolate. Be sure they are in the tablets (wedges) not bars.
