2 pounds lean ground beef
1 medium onion diced small

Fry onion and ground beef in large skillet. When onion is tender and ground beef is browned add:

1 large can petite-diced tomatoes
2 cans Northern Beans
1 can chili beans
2 cans of water

Add Large Spice Packet - from Carroll Shelby’s Chili Kit (Original Texas Brand)

Cover and simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.

Add part of the Masa flour packet and 1/3 cup water. For thicker chili add more of the Masa flour. Let simmer for five more minutes

Serve in a bowl with shredded/grated cheese sprinkled on top and or a dollop of sour cream on top.

Or serve over hot dog in bun
