3 green tomatoes
4 tomatillos
2 jalapeņos
3 pods of garlic
1/2 bunch cilantro
3 avocados
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up green tomatoes, tomatillos, jalapeņos and garlic
Place in a pan and bring to a boil
Turn heat down and simmer for 15 minutes
Put mixture in a blender or food processor and add cilantro, avocados and garlic salt
Blend til smooth, add the sour cream and blend again just to mix

When boiling the mixture, the liquid comes from the tomatoes and tomatillos. You don't need to add any water. This sauce tastes just like the sauce a Ninfas.
