1 egg, lightly beaten
2/3 c. milk
1T. Worcestershire sauce
1c. crushed saltines
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1t. salt
1/2t. rubbed sage
1/4t. pepper
1 1/2lb. ground beef
1/4c. ketchup
3T. brown sugar
1t. ground mustard
1/4t. ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Pat meat into an ungreased 9 x 5 loaf pan.
Bake uncovered, at 350º for 50 minutes.
Combine ketchup, brown sugar,mustard and nutmeg; spread over top. Bake 15-20 minutes longer or until meat is no longer pink and thermometer reads 160º.
Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing
