8-10 boneless chicken thighs (or 6 breast if you prefer)
16 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. soft tortilla shells
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can green chilies
1 or 2 packages of taco seasoning (depends on how spicy you want it)
2 c. shredded colby shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken. Dice or shred chicken, add 1/2 of taco seasoning, 1/2 of sour cream and 1 cup of cheese. Mix well.

In another bowl, mix the can of condensed soup (add a little milk to it), green chilies, remaining sour cream and taco seasoning.

Put chicken mixture into the shells and fold over. Pour soup mixture on top of the shells. Add remaining shredded cheese on the top.

Bake uncovered at 350º for 25 minutes.
