2 c. self-rising Tender Bake Cornmeal
1/4 tsp. or good pinch baking soda
milk (sweet or buttermilk) enough to mix good

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (meal, baking soda, and milk). Pour into cast iron cornbread frying pan that has oil in bottom of pan or sprayed with Pam. Cook at 450 to 500ºF until golden brown.
