1 tsp Lime Pepper
1/2 tsp Onion powder/flakes
1/4 tsp Garlic powder (or to taste)
1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper (or to taste)
1 tsp Dried Cilantro
1/4 cup Green and/or Red Bell Pepper
1 Tbsp Ground Flax

This recipe can be multiplied by the number of packages of Ground Chicken used.

I typically make this receipe with 3 packages of 99% Fat Free Ground Chicken and 1 package of "Half & Half" Fat Ground Chicken. You need a little bit of the Ground Chicken with greater fat to keep the burger moist. This makes 16 servings - adjust the spices accordingly.
