1 1/2 Pound
1 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp yeast
cornmeal (opt)

2 pound
1 1/3 cup water
3 tbsp olive oil
3 1/3 cup flour
2/3 cup cornmeal
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 tsp yeast

Add all ingredients except cornmeal to the machine as listed. Select the dough cycle. When cycle is complete, remove dough from machine. Punch down. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
