1 T. yeast
1 ½ T. sugar
3 c. flour
1 ½ tsp. salt
1 ½ T. oil (or olive oil or butter)
1 egg
1 c. + a bit extra warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Can use ½ whole wheat, or 2 c. white flour and 1 c. oatmeal in place of 3 c. flour. Put the ingredients into your breadmaker or mixer in the order listed, and select the mix dough setting.
When the dough is mixed and rising, remove it from the mixer, knead it a bit on a floured surface, roll it out to 3/4 in. thickness and cut out 2 inch circles. Let them rise at room temp. and bake for 10-15 min at 350.
