1tbsp. Olive Oil, 4lbs. of boneless skinless Chicken Breast cut into 1 in. cubes, 1 1/2 c. of chopped Onion, 1 tbsp. of fresh minced Garlic, 8 c. of can Chicken Broth, 12 oz. of chopped Green chilies, 48 oz. jar of Great White Northern Beans, 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper, 1/2 tsp. Salt, 1 tsp. Ground Cumin.
Spice Blend
4 tsp. Garlic Powder, 4 tsp. ground Cumin, 1/8 tsp. dried Oregano, 2 tsp. dried Cilantro, 1/2 tsp. ground Red Pepper, 2 tsp. Lemon Pepper.

Heat oil in large pan add Chicken, Black Pepper, Salt cook 4 to 5 minutes. Remove with slotted spoon and Keep warm. Add Onion, Garlic to pan cook 2 min. Stir in Green Chilies and Spice Blend then bring to simmer. Add Chicken and bring to simmer. Add Beans, 1 TSR. Ground Cumin, and Broth to large pot and bring to boil. Add Chicken mixture to Pot and bring to boil and then simmer for 1 Hr. add salt to taste.
