2 breasts of chicken
2 cans of large artichoke hearts
1 small non fat plain yogurt
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
3 dashes hot sauce
3 dashes of whorchesier sauce (sp)
1 bundle if green onions
1 teaspoon minced garlic
I tablespoon mayo
I baggette of bread

Directions:
Directions:
cut large artichoke hearts into diced size
cut three breasts of chicken into 1/16 inch size
mix together with Yogurt and Mayo
Mix in Hot sauce and W sauce
add in Parm cheese
cook onions with garlic in pan with olive oil until tender
add to mix
slice baguette into 1/16 slices, cover with Olive oil cook in oven for 5 minutes each side at 375 degrees

Cook chicken artichoke mix for 20 minutes at 350º
