2 cups softened butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1 cup unroasted sesame seeds
2 cups shredded coconut
1/2 cup finely chopped almonds

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until mixture is light and fluffy. Add flour and mix until just combined. Stir in sesame seeds, coconut and almonds, mixing well.
Divide dough into three equal parts. Place each piece on a sheet of wax paper and shape into a long roll, 2 inches in diameter. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate until firm, 3 - 4 hours or overnight.
Unwrap the dough and slice 1/4 " thick. Bake at 300 degrees on ungreased sheet for 30 minutes, until golden brown. Do not overbake. Cool on rack.
Can also freeze the rolls until ready to bake.
