1 box white cake mix (18 1/2 oz.)
1 box strawberry jello
2 tablespoons flour
4 eggs
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup Mazola or Crisco oil
1/2 of 10 oz. package frozen strawberries, thawed and juice
Directions:
Directions:
combine cake mix, jello, flour, eggs and water in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Add the 1/2 of the thawed strawberries and juice. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. Add oil and beat 1 minute at medium speed. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9" round pans. Bake at 350º for 40-50 minutes. Usually 40 minutes is enough. Cool.
Frosting....whipped cream or Cool Whip may be used for filling and topping and sides. I put a few strawberries ( fresh ) on top and around the bottom on the plate.
