1/2 c. chopped onion
1 T. butter
2 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 T. lemon juice
1 T. brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp. Worchester sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 can kidney beans
2 cans butter beans
1 can pork and bean
2 tsp. chili powder
2 c. tomato juice

Saute onion in butter, add beef, brown, and drain fat. Add the rest of ingredients, stir. Simmer 30 minutes.
