3 c. potatoes, chopped
1 c. water
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. carrot, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 1/2 c. milk
2 T. flour
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vegetables, seasoning, water, and bouillon in large saucepan. Cover; simmer 15 -20 minutes or until tender. Mix flour and milk, add vegetables; stirring constantly. Add cheese.
