3 c. cooked wild rice
10 strips of bacon
1/2 c. onion
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp butter
1 c. chopped celery
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 cans of milk
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook wild rice according to package instructions and set aside. Fry bacon in a skillet until crispy and let cool. Saute the onions, garlic and celery in butter. (to maximize flavor, use the soup pot to saute) Once complete, add the cream of potato soup and cream of chicken soup to the pot along with the milk and stir until creamy. Crumble the bacon and add it to the pot. Lastly, add wild rice to the soup and stir. Salt and pepper. Let soup warm being careful not to boil the soup and serve.
