2-1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1-1/2 tablespoon baking powder
3/4 cup cold butter, cut into small pieces
1 cup 2% milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 12 muffin cups with cooking spray. (These brown better on sides and bottoms when baked without paper cups.)
Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder in large bowl. Cut in butter with blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in milk just until four mixture is moistened.
Spoon evenly into prepared muffin cups
Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
Serve with honey, jam, or jelly.
