1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 T. water
1/3 c. pecans (optional)



GLAZE:
lemon juice
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Combine cake mix, egg, oil and water in mixing bowl. Stir until thoroughly combined (mixture will be dry). Add chopped pecans if desired. Using small scoop (like from pampered chef) drop dough 2 inches apart on baking stone/pan. Bake 13 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool 3 minutes. Then transfer to cooling rack. Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice. Drizzle glaze onto cooled cookies.
