1 lb.sausage (hot or mild)
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp.salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
6 slices of bread (any kind)

Directions:
Directions:
Tear up bread and put into 9x14 baking pan. Brown sausage and drain; pour over bread. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over sausage layer with onion and green pepper. Beat eggs,milk, salt and pepper together; pour over sausage mixture. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

This is good to take to an early morning brunch and easy to prepare for a quick hot breakfast. I like to use the hot sausage.
