1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 onion, chopped
12 oz. cottage cheese
1 small box broccoli
2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 9x13 baking pan. Mix together eggs, onion and cottage cheese; fold in broccoli (broccoli needs to be thawed and drained). Finally, mix in the two boxes muffin mix. Stir well and then spoon into buttered dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
