Dough:
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sour cream

Filling
4 cups diced apples
1 1/2 cup raisins
lemon juice
brown sugar and cinnamon to taste
a little bread crumbs to hold filling slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Roll dough 1/4 inch thick on floured board. Sprinkle with filling. Roll up, jelly roll fashion. Place on greased pan. Brush each roll with melted butter and sprinkle with a little cinnamon and white sugar. Bake at 350ºF until golden brown.
