Personal Notes:
We bought half of a local ranch raised steer this year. I don't think that a whole would have fit in the freezer. I was a lot of meat. We were able to share a lot with friends in need and still have plenty to eat some each week. Bill liked this recipe a lot just because it has coffee in it I think. He does love coffee. Michael Edward Geiger (14yrs) will probably grow another foot if he keeps eating beef the way he does. He is already 5'11". It is an easy and tasty way to eat beef. Enjoy!
