2-3 lbs. hamburger
1/2 chopped onion
1 lb. jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp.salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
16 oz. cottage cheese
16 oz. mozzarella cheese
lasagna noodles

Brown meat and onion. Stir in rest of ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
In 9 x 13 pan, layer meat mixture, uncooked lasagna noodles, meat mixture, 16 oz. cottage cheese, 8 oz. grated mozzarella cheese, noodles, meat mixture, 8 oz. mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes covered, then 15 minutes uncovered.
