"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Put butter in a baking dish and put in oven while pre-heating to 425 degrees. Mix Bisquick, paprika, salt and pepper. Dip chicken parts in mix to coat. Put chicken skin side down in (hot, buttery) baking dish. Bake 35 minutes; turn over, bake about 15 minutes more.

Personal Notes:
Note from Kathleen: Grandma Kearney taught me to put the flour mixture in a paper bag--plastic would do, I guess--and shake the chicken parts in the bag one at a time. I remember that when Chris Kearney was watching her do this once she told him it was magic and he was very impressed.
