2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
3 med. tomatoes, peeled and sliced
2 onions, thinly sliced
butter
salt & pepper
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 2 qt. casserole dish. Place a layer of squash in bottom of dish. Add a layer of tomatoes and then a layer of onions. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and cheese. Dot with butter. Repeat layers until all vegetables are used. Cover and bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees.
