Ingredients:  
1st layer: 2 cans bean dip (like Frito Lay brand) or can use 1 large can frijoles

2nd layer: 3 avocados, mashed with 1Tbsp Lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste

3rd layer: 2 cups sour cream mixed with 1/2 cup mayonaise, 1 package Lawry's Taco Seasoning Mix

4th layer: 2 bunches chopped green onions (tops and all)

5th layer: 3 chopped tomatoes, seeded

6th layer: 2 cans sliced black olives, drained

7th layer: 2 cups shreeded chedder cheese. Tastes great with Longhorn or Tillamook.

Directions:

Layer ingredients in the order given above in a deep pyrex bowl. Chill well once layered.

Serve with pita chips or tortilla chips. Enjoy!
